This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.12.2019 and pass appropriate orders.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the third respondent has already taken the representation on file and he has issued notice to the petitioner as well as the other interested parties and the enquiry has been fixed on 20.03.2020. A copy of the same was also produced before this Court.

In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry strictly in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to all the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
