Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 to 3 to dispose the petitioners representation Dt: 14.09.2021 to conduct an through enquiry and cancel the earlier patta issued in the name of the fourth respondent and grant patta in favour of the petitioner for the "Grama Nattam" land situated in Old S.No.291/1, New S.No.341/103 measuring to an extent of 1 Cent (or) 436 Sq.Ft situated at Paliyarmadam, No.63, Cheyyur "B"Village, Chengalpattu District.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 to 3 to dispose the petitioners representation, dated 14.09.2021 to conduct an through enquiry and cancel the earlier patta issued in the name of the fourth respondent and grant patta in favour https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the petitioner for the "Grama Nattam" land situated in Old S.No.291/1, New S.No.341/103 measuring to an extent of 1 Cent (or) 436 Sq.Ft situated at Paliyarmadam, No.63, Cheyyur "B"Village, Chengalpattu District.

Heard Mr.G.Nagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.
The petitioner filed an appeal as against the issuance of patta in favour of the fourth respondent before the second respondent and it is pending.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
