The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the balance of terminal benefits payable to the petitioner with interest at 12% p.a.
2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the entire terminal benefits has been received by the petitioner and this Writ Petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.
