Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Declaration seeking to declare Section 3(4)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006, as amended by Tamil Nadu Ordinance No.1 of 2008 published on 17.06.2008 as ultravires of the object and purpose of the main Act itself and so illegal and unenforceable in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
