2. This Court, under order dated 28.02.2020, recording the terms agreed between the parties, disposed of the appeal and directed the registry to list the appeal 'for reporting compliance' on 16.03.2020.

3. Today, when the matter is came up for hearing, learned counsel for appellant submits that appellant has paid a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to respondent by way of a Demand Draft bearing No.543842 dated 05.03.2020 drawn on ICICI Bank, Coimbatore Branch. A copy of the demand draft duly acknowledged by respondent is produced before this Court. Learned counsel for respondent affirms such submission.
