ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the Proceedings in CST No.815136/2004-05 dated 29.05.2009 issued by the Commercial Tax Officer, Chennai, the second respondent herein.

2.When the matter was taken up for final disposal on 14.02.2019, it was adjourned to 18.02.2019 and thereafter, the matter was adjourned on various occasions namely, 28.02.2019, 01.03.2019 and 08.03.2019. Again when the matter was taken up https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for hearing on 08.03.2019, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the same was ordered to be posted on 12.03.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed. No costs.
