This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to expedite the enquiry on the basis of letter in O.M.A.2/3880/2020 dated 04.01.2021.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3.
3.The third respondent is directed to fix a date for enquiry after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021 and to conduct the enquiry after issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, grant them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve
(12) weeks thereafter.
