The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order of transfer, dated 11.08.2006, passed by the first respondent, whereby, the petitioner has been ordered to be transferred from Anna Nagar Depot to Ambattur Depot.
2. This Court, while ordering notice of motion, has not granted any interim order. Further, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation has stated before this Court that, as of now, the petitioner got superannuated from his services.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation, this Court is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the view that nothing survives for any adjudication in this Writ Petition, as the prayer sought for has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
