JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellants produced two communications of the appellant-Mani, one dated 18.07.2016 and another dated 13.10.2016 intimating Mr.P.Valliappan, learned counsel for the appellants that the parties have amicably settled the dispute among themselves and the appellant further requested the learned counsel to withdraw the appeals. Accordingly, while taking these two communications on record and as nothing further survives for consideration in these appeals, they are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
