Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records calling for the records of the First respondent relating to proceedings in (1) Pro.Na.Ka.No.3562/B2/2009 dated 13/07/2009 (Show Cause notice) (2) Pro.Na.Ka.NO.3562/ B2/2009 dated 13/07/2009 (Order of Suspension) and

(3) Pro.Na.Ka.No.3562/A2/2009 dated 05/11/2009, to quash the said orders and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to serve as Middle School Headmaster, Panchayat Union Middle School, Vengoor, Sholingur Panchayat Union, Vellore District and to treat period from 20/06/2009 till the date of following Petitioner to serve such duty period for all purpose and grant with all consequential benefits. O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted before this Court that since the petitioner did not comply the order of transfer issued by the respondent, the impugned charge memo was issued. Subsequently, the writ petitioner had joined duty in the school accepting the transfer order issued by the authorities concerned. In view of joining duty by the writ petitioner, the charges framed against the petitioner were dropped, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
