O R D E R

Challenging the order of the first respondent, dated 24.09.2005, the present Writ Petition is filed, in respect of the claim of the Writ Petitioner for granting permit to run share auto in Kancheepuram District.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents made a submission that the Government has taken a policy decision not to grant permit for share auto.

3. In view of the policy decision already taken by the State Government, the case of the Writ Petitioner cannot be considered and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
