Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent communicated under reference No.PGB/GM/DP/02/2007-08 dated 09.05.2007 and quash the order of the first respondent dated 09.05.2007 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent dated 30.08.2006 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential monetary and other service benefits.

Mrs.Sangamithirai, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite best efforts having been taken by the learned counsel, the petitioner could not be contacted and there has been no instructions for a long time from the petitioner. Hence, she submits no instructions and seeks the indulgence of this Court.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution / want of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions, however with a liberty to revive the same by the petitioner at a later point of time if she is advised to do so. No costs.
