The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),323, 307 of I.P.C in Crime No.6 of 2024 registered on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl side) appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation is still pending. The Superintendent of police has filed a letter in C.No.K3/22/02744/2022 wherein it is stated that investigation has not yet completed.

3. Taking note of the serious nature of offence registered under Section 307 of I.P.C, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 02.02.2024 smn C.V.KARTHIKEYAN ,J.
