2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the second appeal for hearing on 21.02.2023.
