..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to ensure the mandatory presence of Assistant Public Prosecutors in their respective Courts at least 15 minutes before commencement of proceedings issue a circular to all presiding officers to disallow police personnel from conducting prosecution work in open court.

2. The relief sought by the petitioner is completely misconceived. The writ petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
