Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of an exemption to surrender the petitioner before the lower court in pursuant to the judgment passed in Crl.Appeal No.55 of 2017 dated 29.04.2019 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hosur, Krishnagiri District in confiming the judgment of trial court dated 03/11/2017 in C.C.No.329 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.
