The present petition has been filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.D.Muthukumarappa, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel for the second respondent. Despite notice having been served, none appears for the first respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 10 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
