The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the appellant is not seeking any relief in the appeal suit against the respondents 9 and 10 and an endorsement is made in the case bundle to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made in the case bundle, the petition to condone the delay of 91 days stands condoned and this petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 20.01.2020, failing which, the petition stands dismissed automatically.
