(made by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) The learned Counsel for the Petitioner Assessee submitted that he does not have instruction in the matter. He submitted that the Writ Petition was filed against the interim order passed by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, and he does not have any information whether any final order has been passed in the matter, nor has the Assessee contacted him for giving instructions.

2. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs. Consequently, W.P.M.P.No.41890 of 2003 is also dismissed.
