Prayer in W.P.No.7044 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in his Proceedings

Na.Ka.No.2937/2011/PC1 dated 24.02.2011 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits to he petitioner.

The grievance of the writ petitioner was that though the order of suspension was issued in the year 2011, the Disciplinary Proceedings were not concluded.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, now made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner had been concluded and the final order was passed in the disciplinary proceedings amending the punishment to stoppage of increment for three years with cumulative effect. This being a factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the writ petitions stands closed and however there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
