This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to appoint appropriate officer to conduct proper investigation by changing the investigating officer of the case in Crime No.15 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the POCSO Court, Chennai and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.122 of 2023.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
