Mr.C.Munusamy, GA For Private Respondents : No appearance COMMON ORDER I have heard Mr.P.Sankaranarayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent. Though the private respondents were served, no appears for them.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders impugned in these writ petitions were passed by the Tribunal on the appeals filed by the petitioner institution.

3. It is further submitted that the private respondents in both the writ petitions were teachers working in the petitioner institution, that during the pendency of these writ petitions, they retired from service and that it is almost ten years since they retired. It is also submitted that nothing would survive for adjudication in these writ petitions.

4. Recording the said submissions, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
