Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned adhoc rules amendments issued on the file of the first respondent in Letter No.5997/B1/97-28, dt 24.8.2004 and the consequential panel issued in G.O.Ms.No.181 Higher Education (1.2) Department dated 23.06.2006 and the promotion issued in G.O.Ms.No.182 Higher Education Department dated 23.6.2006 and quash these orders.
