J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Both the parties are present. Pending appeal, the parties have entered into a memorandum of compromise and they have agreed for this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal to be allowed, granting a decree for divorce. The 1/4

husband has also paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in full quit of her claim for past, present and future maintenance by way of a Pay Order bearing No.262344 dated 12.04.2024. The said payment is recorded. 2.This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise by granting a decree for divorce without going into the merits of the allegations. Consequently, F.C.O.P.No.281 of 2007 will stand allowed. The joint memorandum of compromise will form part of the decree. No costs.
