Prayer in W.P.No.8713 of 2022 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the record of the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 20.12.2021 bearing Che.Mo.Na.Ka.No.458/A2/2021 in so far as relating to the direction to the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.14,30,000/- as arrears of maintenance payable to the 3rd respondent with effect from February, 2010.
