O R D E R

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.215 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 303 (2) and 62 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2.Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and that a case of RRU - Radio Remote Unit theft has been fabricated against him. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. 3.The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that the petitioner along with other accused colluded each other and theft the RRU Unit in the towers for their personal gain. He further submitted that, apart from this case, petitioner has ten previous cases of similar in nature pending against the petitioner and therefore, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has got ten previous cases which are similar in nature pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
