The petitioners are third parties to the execution proceedings. However, since possession is now sought to be taken from them in pursuance of the order passed in R.E.P.No.124 of 2020, the petitioners are constrained to independently challenge the said order by way of the present Civil Revision Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. This Court has perused the affidavits filed in support of the petitions seeking to accept the cause title and to grant leave to file the Civil Revision Petition. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned for seeking acceptance of the cause title and grant of leave, as set out in the memorandum of grounds of the Civil Revision Petition, the said petitions are ordered as prayed for.
