This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate based on the Online complaint dated 07.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.12.2024 seeking Non Traceable Certificate for loss of three original title deeds in the light of the circular issued by the Director General of Police, Chennai dated 01.04.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
