3. In the light of the above statement, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.279 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge at Kanchipuram and transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.

4. In fine, the Tr.C.M.P. stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
