Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to pay the arrears of pension benefits and family pension of the petitioner's father late Narasimman, M.M who retired on 31.07.1985 and died on 17.09.1996 based on the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 21.08.2020 made in letter No.P35/FP/13510241/LTA with interest for the delay period.

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd to 4th respondents to pay the arrears of pension benefits and family pension of the petitioner's father late M.M.Narasimman, who retired on 31.07.1985 and died on 17.09.1996 based on the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 21.08.2020 made in letter No.P35/FP/13510241/LTA with interest for the delay period.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the 2nd to 4th respondents, the arrears of family pension benefits has been disbursed by the respondents by an order dated 28.02.2022 to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing requires for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
