The petitioner has filed the above Criminal Revision Petition questioning the correctness of the order dated 16.12.2013 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 1080 of 2013 in Crl.MP.No.13175 of 2011 in C.C. No. 1861 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai by which the application filed by the petitioners for cancellation of anticipatory bail to the first respondent was dismissed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the main Calander Case itself has been disposed of by the Court below on 12.12.2014 and, therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Case.
