Pending the Writ Petition, both the petitioner/Management and the workmen have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, have entered into a Memorandum of Settlement under Section 12(3) and Rule 25(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act & Rules, 1947 dated 24.12.2013.
2. In view of the amicable settlement, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
