Prayer in W.P.No.28628 of 2006: Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act 1980 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 199 and the rules framed thereunder as ultra vires void and unconstitutional ..
