This application is filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the Petition.

2.The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant's counsel's father had a severe heart attack and, therefore, the counsel was unable to attend to work. He further submitted that the delay was on account of this genuine reason and the delay may be condoned.

3. Upon considering the submissions and on examining the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay of 20 days in filing the Petition to set aside the order dated 04.12.2018 in O.P.No.537 of 2018 is condoned and the application is allowed.
