A.No.1125 of 2019:

Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the order dated 27.09.2016 setting the applicants ex-parte in C.S.No.924 of 1998.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The above applications have been filed to condone the delay of 818 days in filing the application to set aside the order dated 27.09.2016 and to set aside the applicants exparte in C.S.No.924 of 1998.

2. Only the learned counsel for the defendants who are the respondents in these applications are present and they do not have any objection for allowing the above applications. However, no counsel is appearing for the plaintiff/1st respondent.

3. Satisfying with the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application for condoning the

delay and by taking into account the no objection of the contesting respondents/defendants, the delay is condoned, consequently, set aside the applicants exparte in C.S.No.924 of 1998 is also allowed.
