When the Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 17.09.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present, hence, the matter was adjourned to 06.10.2020. Since there was no representation for the petitioner even on 06.10.2020, the Registry was directed to list the matter "for dismissal" on 08.10.2020. "for dismissal", today also, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present and hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
