ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.159 of 2021 within a stipulated time and to conduct free and fair investigation and to file a final report.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the complaint given by him, a case in Crime No. 159 of 2021 was registered by the respondent/police and that the respondent police has not completed the enquiry and filed a final report.

3. Mr.Meghanathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet is ready and it shall be filed within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

two months.

4. Heard the learned counsel and perused the materials available on record.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the charge sheet in Crime No. 159 of 2021, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
