This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.32169 of 2022 on 03.01.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for the period of two months and thereafter, on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m, for another period of two months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
