This petition has been filed challenging the FIR registered by the respondent police in Crime No.270 of 2017.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the investigation was completed and a final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sathyamangalam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.68 of 2018.
