The Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2022 to cancel the sub division made in the S.No.142/1D, Molipalli Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District and to give opportunity to the petitioner and other joint patta holders before sub dividing the property in S.No.142/1D.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Considering the limited prayer, this Court directs the third respondent to pass orders on its own merits, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving opportunity to the respondents 4 to 6. 4.
