PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the 1st respondent in CP No.300/05 and quash its order dated 03.01.2007. For Petitioner : Mr.Haroon AL Rasheed for M/s.T.S.Gopalan & Co.

For Respondents : M/s.V.S.Manimekalai for R4 to R6

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the 1st respondent in CP No.300/05 and quash its order dated 03.01.2007.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 6 are present. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that he is unable to contact the petitioner Management to get any instructions and he has also filed a memo dated 27.04.2023 to that effect. The said memo is recorded by this Court and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- "In the above Industrial dispute, we represent the petitioner Management. Despite the best of efforts, we have not been able to contact 2/14

the petitioner. In the light of the same this Hon'ble Court may take on record this memo as we do not have instructions in this writ petition and may pass appropriate orders".

3. In view of the memo dated 27.04.2023 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are also closed. 27.04.2023 dpq Index :
