These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 20.06.2023 in Crl.MP.Nos.8201 & 8200 of 2023 to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are ordered.
