Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.Pa/Ni 1(1)/32729/2007, dated 10.9.2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to include the petitioner's name above the 2nd respondent in the panel for the year 1992-93 fit for promotion as Deputy Inspector and grant promotion with effect from 18.11.1993, subsequently and in the year 1996-97 for the post of Inspector and grant promotion with effect from and consequently include the petitioner's name for the post of Assistant Director of Local Fund Audit in the ensuing panel for the year 2007-2008.
