O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue, Sindhuja, aged about 24 years, to cause production of his daughter/the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue/daughter of the petitioner,is secured and produced before this Court by the respondents 1 and 2. 3.On enquiry, the alleged detenue submits that she has married the third respondent and that she is living happily with him and that there is no illegal detention of her by anybody. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the age of the alleged detenue and the fact that the alleged detenue has married the third respondent.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. Further, having considered the submission made by the petitioner, we make it clear that it is open to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate forum, according to law, for any redressal of grievance.
