Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2020 and survey the land in Kondaharahalli Village Punia Land survey No.25 measuring about 05.94 Ares as per Sale deed Document No.3515 of 1951 dated 01.03.1951 and the property situated at No.1/42, Kanikaran kottai, Kondaharahalli, V.Muthampatti Post, Dharmapuri District 635301 and direct them to intimate the same within a stipulated period before this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2020 and survey the land in Kondaharahalli Village Punia Land survey No.25 measuring about 05.94 Ares as per Sale deed Document No.3515 of 1951 dated 01.03.1951 and the property situated at No.1/42, Kanikaran kottai, Kondaharahalli, V.Muthampatti Post, Dharmapuri District 635301 and direct them to intimate the same within a stipulated period before this Honourable Court.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the second respondent/Tahsildar.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 21.05.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
