PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to reconvey the land in survey No.826+829/2 to an extent of 35 cents in Madhavaram Village, Saidapet Tq., Chengalpattu M.G.R.District under Section 48(b) of the Land Acquisition Act within a stipulated time expeditiously and forbear the second respondent from in any way interfering with the petitioner's possession over the above said land consideration of reconveyance by the first respondent.
