The learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the third respondent are present.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the first and second respondents.

3. The applicant has secured an interim order from this Court on 30.01.2024. The interim order is made absolute.

4. This Original Application is disposed by giving liberty to the applicant to take steps for invoking an arbitration clause by initiating the arbitration proceedings under the Partnership Agreement dated 29.06.2021 within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In case the applicant fails to initiate arbitration proceedings, this order shall stand revoked sine die.

6. For continuance of the order, the applicant is permitted to move suitable application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the learned Arbitrator.
