Considering the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, by letter dated 08.09.2020, seeking extension of time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.1588/2006 pending on the file of the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, as per the order passed by this Court in CMA.No.964/2012 dated 16.07.2019, this Court grants finally three months time to dispose of the matter. It is made clear that no further time extension shall be given.
