Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in proceeding No.D2/881/2006/M dated 05.07.2006 and proceedings of the 2nd respondent in No. D2/0881/2006/M dated 14.08.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work until the age of superannuation.

ORDER

Mr.K.Raja, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had received the entire retirement benefits and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds that nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
