Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to collect security deposit of two time of the average consumption of the net energy supplied by the distribution licensee in a month in respect of the petitioner industry having HT.SC.No. 137. Prayer in W.P.No.35938 of 2007 :

This Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Certiorari, calling for the records of the 1st respondent Lr.No.SE/SEDC/AOR/HT/A.1/F.ACCDSC.No.137/07 dated 09.10.2007 in respect of the petitioner industry having HT.SC.No.137 quash the same.
